PEACH PRESERVES
DIJON MUSTARD

TOOLS:
DRY MEASURING CUPS
MEASURING SPOONS
TWEEZERS
SKILLETS
MIXER
SPATULA
ALUMINIUM PAPER

HOW TO DO IT:
FIRST SPRINKLE SOME SALT AND BLACK PEPPER ON THE CHOPS, THEN SPRAY SOME COOKING SPRAY INTO THE PAN AND HIT IT AT MEDIUM HIGH HEAT ABOUT 30 SECONDS
LATER ADD THE MEAT AND WAIT 1 MIN AT HIGH HEAT, THEN COVER THE PAN, REDUCE THE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND WAIT 4 MIN ON EACH SIDE.
NOW COVER THE MEAT WITH THE ALUMINIUM PAPER TO MAINTAIN THE HEAT.
THEN WITH THE SAUCE YOU HAVE COOKED ADD ONE HALF CUPS OF PEACH PRESERVES, TWO CUP SPOONS OF DIJON MUSTARD AND AND ONE CUP OF WATER;
THEN COOK THE SAUCE 2 MINUTES AT MEDIUM HEAT.

Macaroni carbonara

INGREDIENTS


250 gr. Of macaroni
70 gr. Bacon in little pieces
Half onion (optional)
200 ml. of liquid cream
2 butter spoons
1 egg for person
salt and ground pepper


TOOLS YOU NEED
saucepan
frying pan
a fork
bowl
spoon

PREPARATION
1.We boil the spaghetti until they are "al dente". Drain and mix with a teaspoon of butter.
2.Fry lightly the chopped onion (if you put it on) and the bacon on butter. Add the cooked macaroni and take a few turns.
3. Mix in a bowl the cream with the beaten egg, salt and papper and add it to the macaroni. We remove until we see that sauce begins to set.
4.We serve freshly dusted with grated cheese.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound of boneless chicken breasts
1 lime
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 medium onion sliced
3 medium sliced bell peppers
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
8 warmed flour tortillas

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Cutting tables, flat glass baking dish, a fork, a big kitchen knife, small bowls, measuring spoons, a flipper, a large frying pan, a cleaning dish towel, tinfoil and 2 serving dishes.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Measure the spices into a small bowl. Mix them together and set the bowl aside.
2. Slice 1lb of chicken breast into thin, 3in long strips. Set the chicken into a flat glass baking dish and pour some lime juice over them.
3. Mix the spices with the chicken and let them marinate for a while.
4. Prepare 1 medium onion by slicing it in its half, peel back the skin and start slicing it into 1/4in thick slices.
5. Slice 3 peppers, cutting off the sides away from the core, and slice them again, thinner this time.
6. Heat the tortillas in the microwave between 2 sheets of cooking paper.
7. In a large frying pan, with a teaspoon of olive oil and at medium-high heat, fry the peppers and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Season them with some salt and pepper and remove them from the pan.
8. Place the vegetables in a heated serving dish and cover them with tinfoil.
9. Cook the chicken in the same pan for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken to the serving platter.
10. Place warm tortilla on a plate; add chicken and peppers and onions and serve.

TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE CAKE BY JOSE ANTONIO VEGA NAVARRO 3ESO-B

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
  • 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mixdescarga (1).jpg
  • 1 cup sour cream1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake thoroughly in pan at least an hour and a half before inverting onto a plate If desired, dust the cake with powdered sugar.


FRIED RICE by Carlos Martín Sánchez 3ESO-C

INGREDIENTS:


-2 cups of cold White rice

-1 cup of frozen peas – defrosted

-2 eggs – beaten

-1 small yellow onion – diced

-2 green onions – chopped

-1/4 cup of oyster sauce

-2 tablespoon of soy sauce

-2 tablespoon of canola, peanuts or vegetable oil

KITCHEN TOOLS:

-kitchen knife

-cutting board

-2 plates

-frying pan

-casserole pots

-measuring spoon

-spatula

INSTRUCTIONS:

On medium temperature, heat 1 Tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan. Add beaten eggs and cook until dry. Remove from pan and cut into ribbons. Set aside.

Increase the heat to medium high and add one more Tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add diced yellow onion and cook for one minute. Add rice and cook until heated. Add sauces, peas, and green onion. Stir until everything is hot. Add cooked egg and serve.

Optional cooked extras: diced shrimp, chicken, pork, or ham

CUSTARDS WITH RASPBERRIES

INGREDIENTS:

milk 250 ml

2 eggs

sugar 40 gr

1 natural vanilla

1 cinnamon sticks

1 lemons

1 cornstarch

raspberries 75 gr


TOOLS:

INSTRUCTIONS:


1 Put the saucepan on the fire with a piece of lemon, cinnamon stick and vanilla pod. Heat to boiling point. Then, retreat for 15 minutes.

2 Put the yolks in a tall bol and beat with the vanilla. Two minutes later add a Little milk, sugar and cornstach and continue beating until having a homogeneous mixture.

3 Add the eggs and sugar mixture to the saucepan with hot milk. When everything is mixed, place the saucepan over a low heat and continue beating until the mixture thickens.

4 Put the custards in the bowl, clean the raspberries and then put them on the custards.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES
Ingredients:
  • 14 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 and 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of walnuts - chopped

Instructions:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Take the pan and cover it with tin foil and then spray it with cooking spray.
-Cut the butter, put it in a bowl and melt it in the microwave
-With a whisk, blend in the unsweetened cocoa. Add sugar and mix well.
-In another bowl, beat together 3 eggs and add vanilla. After that mix the egg mixture with the cocoa mixture.
-Add the flour and salt.
-If you want to, put in walnuts.
-Put the mixture in the pan which was prepared at the beginning and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
-To test the sponginess insert a wooden toothpick intthe centre of the brownies; it should have some moist crumbs attached to it. Do not over bake.
-Let it cool and then cut into small pieces on the cutting board.

ENGLISH ASPARAGUS SOUP

NGREDIENTS:

- Green asparagus.

- Onions

- Leeks

- Celery

- Butter

- Chicken stock

- Liquid cream

- Herbs

- Flour

- Salt

- Pepper

TOOLS:

- Spoon

- Plate

- Oven or microwave

- Pot

- Kitchen robot

INSTRUCTIONS:


- 1º) Heat up 30 grams of butter and fry the onion , the leeks and the celery lightly. Cut the

asparagus, keep the tips for dip in boiling water. Throw away the hard pats, cut the rest and add onion.

- 2º) Add the herbs, the fluor and stir and turn over. Immediately add the chicken stock bit by bit. Add salt and pepper and simmer 25 minutes.

- 3º) When the asparagus are soft, pass to kitchen robor. Put to the pot again, add the liquid cream and simmer 2 or 3 minutes.

- 4º) Cut the rest of the butter and add it to he soup.

- 5º) Serve the soup hot or cold, decorate with the tips saved.
